Job Description

Experienced Management Analyst III to provide high-level strategic management, communications, and program support for the PEO office. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategic policies, plans, and communications to enhance PEO operations and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain PEO strategic planning documentation, including tracking and execution measures for strategic objectives and action plans.
• Coordinate, create, and distribute PEO media products and services to support internal and external communications with stakeholders and customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute PEO participation in industry and government tradeshows, including the creation of graphics and visual products for public relations.
• Develop and implement a communications plan to inform leadership and personnel about strategic management initiatives, utilizing various media such as briefings, articles, blogs, and notices.
• Prepare and deliver senior-level communications materials for external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the strategic communications plan and environmental challenges.
• Serve as the PEO public affairs liaison, coordinating with NAVWAR Public Affairs, authoring press releases, managing social media content, and preparing messaging for public release.
• Curate and manage content for the PEO Digital War Room/Collaborative Workspace, facilitate planning sessions, and train personnel on optimizing the Mezzanine operating environment for strategic messaging and collaboration.
• Provide system support for Mezzanine operations, including technical upgrades and coordination with other Navy installations.

Job Requirements

Required Education / Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science,Information Systems, or equivalent

Required Years of Relevant Experience:

• 10+ years of experience engineering/ science management, operationsresearch analysis or financial/cost analysis. Significant experience in US Navy programs or operations.

Minimum Security Clearance Level:

• TS/SCI
