KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Client Security Enquiry Information to join our KPMG International (KPMGI) organization.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for client information security inquiries; coordinate responses to client questionnaires and due diligence requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather accurate security and compliance information while ensuring all responses align with company security policies and industry regulations
- Maintain and update security documentation and FAQs
- Work closely with internal security, Regional Information Security Officers (RISOs), compliance, and operational teams to gather, review, and deliver accurate, timely responses that align with company policies and regulatory standards
- Ensure all responses align with company security policies and industry regulations
- Handle client questionnaires, manage security documentation, and help to ensure consistent, transparent communication to foster client trust and satisfaction in our security protocols
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience working in security principles and compliance standards in a large-scale international services environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent work experience
- Must have a background working on large-scale international services and the ability to manage multiple processes and service delivery at once while building constructive working relationships across the different teams, functions, cultures, genders and demonstrating KPMG behaviors and values
- Experience in the design, development,implementation,and operational support of critical services in large scale environments
- Understandappropriate enterprise Data handling practices, customer service and overall facilitation capabilities
- Understanding of security principles, compliance standards (such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and industry best practices to effectively communicate security posture and address client concerns
