Strategic Planning and Performance, Consultant - IFP

Your Role
The Strategic Planning and Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and performance reporting for the Individual and Family Plan line of business. The Strategic Planning and Performance, Consultant will report to the Director, Strategic Planning & Performance Management. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting strategies with our business partners in support of IFP growth, affordability, access to care and quality goals. Additionally, you will lead activities that optimize the performance of IFP, including managing the monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires health insurance experience
- Requires experience developing and maintaining strategies - people, process, and technology
- Requires experience with data analytics and ability to provide insights to leadership
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication, including ability to provide quality reporting at a level appropriate for executive leadership and Board of Directors
- Proven experience and ability to collaborate with and influence team members of all-levels functioning in a matrix environment
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $118,800.00 to $178,200.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
