*Start Date:** *December 2, 2024
*Pay:** *$21/hr
*Schedule:*
* Monday to Friday
* Must be available for an 8-hour shift anytime between 6 AM - 6 PM
* During the Open Enrollment period in the Fall, mandatory overtime may be required, up to 10 hours a week.
*Training:*
* 4-week training program, Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
* Weeks 1-3: Classroom and virtual training
* Week 4: On-the-floor training
*Job Description:* Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a dynamic call center environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls and some follow-up inquiries.
* Answering questions related to prior authorizations, general inquiries, and confidential information.
* Providing exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail.
* Accurately entering information and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, managing between 50-100 calls a day based on complexity.
* Utilizing multiple systems and programs to track information and communicate effectively with customers.
*Call Queues:*
* *Medicare Part D:* Assist members with questions regarding prior authorizations, co-pays, and medication inquiries. Compassion and patience are essential.
* *Member Services:* Address general pharmacy questions from members of various insurance companies.
* *Physician/Pharmacy:* Communicate professionally with pharmacies and physicians, requiring a solid understanding of pharmaceuticals and coverage.
Representatives will be expected to handle up to 80 calls a day, with performance monitored for quality and accuracy.
