The Erb Institute is the business-sustainability partnership between the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability at the University of Michigan. This role is hybrid with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI 3 days per week. Requires occasional travel (1-2x/month) in Michigan, the US. International travel (1-2x/year) may also be required. Purpose:
The Strategic Partnerships and Career Development Manager identifies, evaluates, and manages new business and partnership opportunities for the Erb Institute. You will build and execute Erb's Alumni engagement strategy, and lead the development of our career development program for Erb graduate and undergraduate students. These efforts include establishing and maintaining relationships with potential partners, donors, and alumni on behalf of the Erb Institute. You will report to the Managing Director.

Additional Information

The posting range for this position is $66,900-$86,350. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
