Job Summary

The office of the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (EVPCFO) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the work of the Deputy Executive Assistant to the EVPCFO. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability providing high-level administrative support, attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, a professional and friendly demeanor, and consistent follow-through with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.

The successful applicant will have experience handling complex calendars and supporting the administrative work of the EVPCFO's office. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Assistant to the EVPCFO. The position is responsible for greeting guests to the EVPCFO suite, assists in the preparation of daily briefings; initiates travel and procurement requests; prepares and submits reimbursements, and tracks expenses. The EVPCFO office routinely interacts with senior leaders from across the university community, giving the person in this position an exciting opportunity to contribute and build professional connections.
