Your Role

The Medicare team is responsible for servicing Medicare members including Med Supp an). Total Duals / D-SNP (Dual Special Need Plans. The Supervisor will report to the department Manager. In this role you will manage a team of front-line representatives, focusing on coaching/engagement, Quality, Inventory Management and helping evolve member experience. Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience operating in a lead role or equivalent leadership training or manager training
  • Understands basic supervisory/ management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.
  • Typically, requires broad job knowledge of technical or operational practices within assigned discipline
  • Medicare experience preferred
  • Experience supervising a remote team preferred
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in managing and engaging a remote team
  • Strong internet service required, to include at least 16 megabytes per second download and most importantly 5 megabytes per second upload
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 69190.00 to $ 103840.00 for California.

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
