Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients' recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Human Resources professional to join our talented and high performing HR team. Responsible for providing HR guidance for managers and employees in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and training. Provide consultation to management on Human Resource's matters from a policy and practice perspective.

  • Support leadership in addressing employee relations matters, working to resolve conflicts and improve workplace satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive investigations and provide recommendations to leadership for resolution.
  • High level of focus on staffing and retention of non-exempt employees, work closely with recruitment and hiring managers to continually fine tune the process and improve quality of hires.
  • Identifies the need for new or improved HR processes.
  • Implements HR programs and initiatives.
  • Contributes to the development of the change management strategy.
  • Provides assistance and guidance to management or a broad range of policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field highly preferable
  • 3+ years' experience in human resources generalist capacity with progressively challenging responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in influencing HR strategy and programs based on business needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Strong knowledge of human resource disciplines including, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and state and federal employment laws
