Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location(s): San Diego, CA

Provide accurate, courteous, and timely service to customers, providers, business partners, and staff members regarding the products offered by First Dental Health.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Must have excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize workload
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required, with the ability to learn and assimilate processes in other computer programs
* Must have good oral and written communication skills, as well as basic problem-solving skills
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred
* Experience in the dental industry is strongly preferred
* Knowledge of SalesLogix System preferred
* Call Center Experience preferred
