TITLE: Administrative Assistant – Minot Downtown Location
STATUS: Full-time, benefited
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Administrative Assistant position will provide administrative support to the Dakota College at Bottineau Downtown programs in Minot. This position will assist in a variety of departmental duties such as general clerical work, coordinating work on projects, maintaining confidential files, organizing and disseminating information to faculty, staff and students, advising students, and evaluating records of transfer students.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Associate’s degree or education and experience equal to an Associate’s degree; extensive knowledge and experience in the use of computer systems and application software including Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a detail oriented atmosphere; excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree and Experience in post-secondary education.
SALARY: $32,000 - $35,000
CLOSING DATE: October 15th, or until a qualified candidate is hired.
