Job Title: Technical Support Tech III
Contract: 4 Months
Compensation: This position is offering a hourly rate range from $39 - $41 an hour.

Job Description:
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Needs to be customer obsessed and patiently handle ticket support for customers.
Label tickets to be able to measure operational metrics, triage and resolve customer requests based on runbook instructions.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
Works with development team to escalate issues when needed and identify path forward for quick resolutions.
Leverages SQL skills to retrieve data, analyze and take action to resolve customer requests.
Responds to calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Requires a bachelor degree in computer science and 2+ years of experience in software industry.
2+ years of working experience in SQL and Java programming.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within databases.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Automates redundant tasks using scripting to improve resolution time.
Works under immediate supervision.
Reports to manager.
