Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all Adult Education & Literacy program data, safeguarding confidential information, performing data entry, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring program quality assurance for compliance and monitoring.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain complete and accurate student class records and course history files to ensure data integrity and compliance with Personally Identifiable Information and FERPA policies.
  2. Coordinate the collection of data and the accurate entry of student records into TEAMS to meet grant reporting requirements.
  3. Attend staff development sessions regarding the TEAMS system as required by Texas Workforce Commission
  4. Assist and prepare for college and state monitoring visits
  5. Serve as the PII subject matter expert to ensure program and TEAMS access compliance
  6. Assists in answering the telephone, greeting office visitors and providing program information to interested students and/or community partners.
  7. Perform additional duties assigned by the Dean of Community Education, Associate Provost/Strategic & Collaborative Partnerships, Provost/Vice President of Academic Affairs, and President.

Required:
Associate’s Degree. 
3 years experience in data entry and records maintenance.
