The Head of Sales Operations is a pivotal role responsible for driving the strategic execution and operational efficiency of the sales function. This role requires an experienced leader with a strong track record of integrating complex cross-functional operations, proactively executing strategic priorities, and fostering strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be highly metric-driven, possess exceptional influencing skills, and demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions while navigating dynamic market conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and measure sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the healthcare staffing industry
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Utilize data analytics and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize sales performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including healthcare associations, group purchasing organizations, and other strategic partners
  • Serve as the voice of leadership, ensuring strong fiduciary execution and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Act as a change agent, driving sales organization transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a complex, matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and anticipate market trends
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and in ambiguous situations
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives and driving cultural transformation
  • Humble leadership style with a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $200,000 to $250,000 annually, plus incentive plan.

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
