Adjunct Faculty of Genetics
Job Description
General responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Prepare and execute all work for assigned class including syllabi preparation, instruction delivery, and student assessment
- Teach lecture and laboratory courses in the area of genetics.
- Maintain regular, published office hours for students
Qualifications
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in genetics or a related field with experience in undergraduate instruction.
Physical Demands
This position requires remaining in a sitting or standing position for frequent periods of time; uses office machinery such as a computers, printers, copy machines; Occasionally involves lifting over 10 pounds; frequently will move between different offices/workspaces/buildings; and requires effective communication abilities with students.
